I started Visiting my Life and writing this blog almost one year ago. It was Thanksgiving 2019, November 28 I think. And so much has happened over this period of time. I really started to do this as a way to calm down at night and just relax so I could fall asleep. It was only about five months after my Mitral valve open heart surgery and I was right in the middle of my recovery. I was doing well but there still needed to be some after care fine tuning of my heart, like implanting a pacemaker.
I had just returned from a two week European cruise and tour and was feeling well but not perfect. And when I started this blog I was looking forward to a real great 2020. Well that didn’t work out too well. 2020 has been easily overall the worst year of my 67 years. The only good thing that can be said, and it is a good thing, is that so far my recovery from surgery has been great and mine and my families health has been very good. And in this time of the pandemic that is a good thing and we are all very blessed and very lucky. Everything else, over time, will take care of itself. At this time we all have our health.
